Each unit for sale (suite, apartment or home) is divided into 26 or 52 fractional real estate, according to multiproperty law number 13,777/2018. Each fractional real estate entitles you to two weeks of use of the property per year, which can still be rented to guests by the hotel’s integrated system or exchanged by RCI Brasil under its conditions and availability. The sale price of each fractional real estate varies according to the type of property, with the footage of the units and the seasonality of the weeks of use chosen.
